Preparing for your session

Thank you for choosing Cmart Visuals for your next photography session! I know doing a photoshoot can come with some nerves and many questions, so I have made this guide to help give you an idea of how to prepare for your session and what to expect.

Posing, especially if you haven't modeled before. To help you out I have made a few different Pinterest boards that can give you some inspiration. Don't forget to check out my previous work as well to get even more inspiration!

Multiple Outfits & Props

You are always welcome to bring  different outfits and props to your session to help make your photos more personalized. I do not have a limit on outfits, but please note that time taken changing outfits does take time away from the actual shoot.

  • If you do bring different outfits, I do have a portable changing room that can be used if necessary.

  • If you would like to bring props for your shoot, please keep them appropriate.

arriving to your session

Your session does start at the time which was agreed upon, so please ensure that you are leaving with plenty of time to make it to the location of the session.

  • Most clients should arrive 5-10 minutes early.

  • If you are late to your session, no extra time will be allowed.

Retainer Payment

If you have not done so already, please make sure you pay your retainer. If the retainer is not paid within 1 day of your scheduled session, Cmart Visuals reserves the right to cancel the session. The retainer reserves the date/time and confirms your appointment!
